Student Biography
What is your background?
Singapore. My parents come from Malaysia, but it doesn't make a difference for me since they are just next to each other.
What inspired you to become an artist or designer?
It's almost a natural thing. My Mum had me enrolled in a drawing class when I was a kid and I haven't stopped loving designing since then.
How has your work evolved over the past 3 years?
It takes on different forms depending on my latest fetish. My Asian heritage took on an important role in the influences of my designs.
How can art and design contribute to society?
It's like a playground. They have the ability to breakdown complex information, direct emotions and things become easier to understand.
