Inspiration for This Work

The panels are designed to be placed within the Susannah Place Museum as a guide manual. The faded out colours and bold typography are brought together to create the vintage advertising look, which blend into the museum smoothly.

Student Biography

Being born in Hong Kong during the time of the British colonization, I was brought up in a vivid environment where Western and Eastern cultures mixed together. I was constantly exposed to the ever-changing materialistic world, in which trends are changing every now and then. And because of that I became familiar with the influences of design, which eventually nurtured me in becoming a designer.

I see myself as a problem solver when doing design. Each design to me is like a puzzle. There are always pieces you can use from the box though there are greater chances that I have to create some of the missing pieces on my own. But once it's all put together, there will be a better picture for the world to enjoy.
