Student Biography
When were you born?
I was born in Harare, Zimbabwe and moved to Sydney in 1989, where I have remained.
What is your background?
My family are for the better part African born, now residing all around the world.
What inspired you to become an artist or designer?
Ever since I was very young I have wanted to work in the film industry, and digital media is where I feel film is moving towards.
Who would you like to work in collaboration with or create something for?
Terry Gilliam: I would love to work in his art department. Working with a mad genius is one of my goals.
How has your work evolved over the past 3 years?
My work over the past three years has become more cohesive, better organised and better realised.
How can art and design contribute to society?
Art and design can inspire and serve social change, as well as improve quality of life.
Where would you like to work after university?
I would love to work in France for a short while, but my ultimate goal is to work in Australia, helping reinvigorate the Australian film industry.
