Student Biography

Born and bred in Bondi, my school life was spent at St. Catherine’s Anglican Girls School in Waverley. In 2002 and 2003, I chose to do an exchange year to Italy where I became fluent in the language, attended a linguistic school in Sardinia and my desire to travel was ignited. Upon return to Australia I completed Visual Arts for my HSC and decided to continue my study within the arts in 2005, commencing the Bachelor of Fine Arts and Bachelor of Arts at UNSW with majors in photography and Spanish. In early 2006, I discovered my true passion for photography once introduced to the colour darkrooms at COFA and have wanted to pursue this career ever since. The conclusion of 2006 involved a class combined effort to put together our first exhibition, ‘STOP’, which was hugely successful. As my final year of photography I am proud to present my body of work.
