Inspiration for This Work

This one is a project for Advanced Multimedia class I did with Fanny Sulianto Soe, my project partner.

It is some sort of a music generator. Cars and pedestrians paths are randomly generated. A note will be played every time something, such as a car crash or accident happened, or when the car left the city.

Student Biography

Lydia Tio was born in the 1987, in Pontianak, a small city in Indonesia.

Since she was little, Lydia has always been fascinated with entertainment media such as comics, games and cartoons. One day, she thought, "I want to make something like that someday". That thought has taken her to where she is today.

Her lifelong passion is drawing and doing concept arts. Most of the time, she works freehand for base sketches and colours in Photoshop. She is also comfortable in other graphic softwares such as Illustrator, Flash and Painter. Her other passion is 3D arts and animation, as seeing her character in 3D space and ‘coming to life’ was one of her dreams. In her spare time, she also enjoys dabbling in Flash to create little interactive pieces.

Lydia is flexible in her style and open to new ideas. She loves experimenting to find new possibilities and constantly strives to improve herself.
