Inspiration for This Work

My interest in how the human body works, in conjunction with my curiosity on how I depict a person being affected by how I feel about that person.

Student Biography

I was born on Halloween, 1984. My Mother was born in England and my Father is Australian. My Father and both of his brothers are artists, so being artistic was encouraged in my household. Art was the only thing I was really interested in during high school enough to pursue it.

I am especially interested in how the human body works, how our feelings for a person will affect the way we depict them, and b-grade horror of the 80s. I find that I like to swap between these themes in my art every now and again so that I don’t feel too stagnant in that mindset.
