When were you born?
Sydney, Australia
What is your background?
I come from Australia. My parents come from Australia. My Grandparents came from Australia. My Great Grandparents came from Ireland in the 19th Century.
What inspired you to become an artist or designer?
Desire to do something creative. Advice from Head of IT Hornsby TAFE after failure to complete programming diploma. Desire to enjoy the fun of painting.
Who would you like to work in collaboration with or create something for?
This is almost impossible to answer. There are so many gifted people out there choosing one or many is impossible.
How has your work evolved over the past 3 years?
Apart from asking past and present lecturers, probably there is a better understanding of colour, form and composition. Metallic paints are more used now.
How can art and design contribute to society?
Art greatly enriches society. Any society devoid of art and design is a barren society.
Where would you like to work after university?
In a gallery or have my own studio. Or do something combining art and multimedia.
