Inspiration for This Work

After thinking exhaustively of what genre I wanted to cover I came up with a piece that would showcase various production elements I had learned. In the process of making this short I learned much much more. The inspiration came from human nature ability to lead double lives. i wanted to try and put a comedic spin to it and drew inspiratioin from films. The script was challenging in that being a comedy, punch lines were of great importance. Followed that by directing the piece and of course the animation and overall look of the movie, fun and challenging.

Student Biography

My aim is to be part of the film, TV or advertising industry, mainly in the capacity of the production division, be it technical (VFX) and/or administrative. The constant exposure of creative minds is what keeps a day intriguing. My work stems from a variety of environments and thus I strive to include various cultural aspects that I have been exposed to in my journey. My background and therefore my inspiration can be called from Africa, the Middle East, the Far East and various Western influences. I attempt to constantly push my learning curve in areas such as 3D, Multimedia, Photography, Digital Painting and Screenwriting.
