Inspiration for This Work

This is a page out of my short comic Sky High, which was adapted from a prose by Hannah Robert. This piece was used in the 2003 HSC English exams, and ever since studying it 4 years ago, I've always wanted to adapt it into a comic. Something about the innocence of the characters appealed to me, thus it has been a recurring idea in my head until I finally decided to actually draw it.

My inspiration came from my elder brother who started drawing comics before I did, and I picked up soon after that.

Being at COFA has taught me many new techniques, which allowed my art to evolve into new levels, dealing with more bizarre ideas.
