Inspiration for This Work

This work is inspired from conventional Chinese landscape, by adding contrast and complementary colour, and intends to convey a mystic and future mood.

When were you born?

I was born in the capital city of China, Beijing.

What is your background?

Due to China's one child policy, I have no brothers or sisters.

What inspired you to become an artist or designer?

I love everything that looks beautiful. Rather than buying one, I prefer to create one. This process makes me feel more excited.

Who would you like to work in collaboration with or create something for?

Anyone, since with different people, can bring out various inspirations.

How has your work evolved over the past 3 years?

I have worked hard to improve my sketching skills, training colour sense, and learned some computer skills, such as ps, flash, etc.

How can art and design contribute to society?

Art and design are supposed to make people look through life from another perspective. And a good work can totally affect one in spiritual level.

Where would you like to work after university?

Anything that contains design element, such as web design, illustration, or even working in advertisement department.
