Student Biography

When were you born?

On a very hot and humid February many summers ago, I arrived ready to enjoy life to the full in Australia.

What inspired you to become an artist or designer?

Nature, its colours, textures and mystery inspired me to become an artist and reproduce my thoughts and feelings by painting and drawing.

How has your work evolved over the past 3 years?

By experimenting with materiality, different mediums, colour and texture I have developed an ability to express my feelings through my art.

Where would you like to work after university?

I would enjoy working in a gallery or teaching part-time, eventually painting and printing colagraphs and etchings full time.
