Inspiration for This Work

This work is a response to a variety of different soundtracks that represent various moods. Each track was encapsulated within line and colour: translated onto an arrangement of hessian and canvas supports.

Andrew's art making practice likens itself to the unique nature of the bowerbird: a representation of the eclectic mix of beauty and interests that surrounds the artist's life.

Andrew's artworks talk of escape: welcoming the viewer to access the colours of his inspired mind.
