Inspiration for This Work
This was my major work for the year. The characters were influenced by the Pixar-Disney style. The story was inspired by the childhood emotion of fear upon realizing that you’ve done something wrong. It is aimed at children.

What inspired you to become an artist or designer?
Nicolette has always had a passion for stories. This love of narrative inspired Nicolette to become a storyteller herself. She has been creating her own stories and characters since early childhood.

Nicolette would feel privileged if given the honour of working or creating content for any film or animation studio. She is convinced that all such experiences would help her to grow as an artist. Nicolette believes that art and design are essential for a balanced society. Such cultural fields not only provide the public with new perspectives and interesting things to look at, but also offer them a much needed escape from reality. Art and design further give people flowing with creativity and emotion the chance to channel their energies and talents into something productive.
Where would you like to work after university?
Nicolette is keen to work wherever opportunities in film and animation exist. She is willing to move from state to state, and country to country to build up her experience base. Upon maturing enough as an artist, Nicolette hopes to eventually settle down with a production company.
